If you are an eligible covered employee whose employer has workers’ compensation insurance with a Safeco company, you can use this page to search for medical providers that are in the Safeco Preferred California Medical Provider Network. To find a provider, enter your name, address and search criteria below and then click the "Find Providers" button at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions please call Safeco at 800-332-3226. If you have sustained a work related injury and have not reported it to your employer, please do so at this time. If an MPN provider is not available for a given area or specialty, please utilize the "Directory Library" tab above to access a provider directory for the Concentra "FOCUS" PPO network.
