Welcome to Travelers Medical Provider Referral System! Our site offers several tools to help you quickly locate providers within a specified distance from a home or work address. From hospitals and physicians to physical therapists to pharmacies, you`ll find the provider you need right here.


Here is a list of your options on finding a provider near you:

• Welcome Introduction
• Provider Search Search returns list of selected network specialists and/or facilities within the selected mileage radius from an address. You may select the sort order of the data returned.
• Provider Look Up Search returns list of providers or facilities matching an input name or phone number.
• Region Search Search returns list of selected network specialists and/or facilities within the selected geographic region (County, City, or Zip Code). You may select the sort order of the data returned.
• Directories Allows you to obtain a full list of network providers in a state. The providers are sorted by City, then Specialty, then Name.
• Help The Help tab offers information on how to use Travelers Medical Provider Referral System Web Site.
